Here are a few simple rules for the Us Kids Know Forums:

- Full albums or any other copyrighted material (software/serial numbers, etc.) are not allowed to be linked to here. You may link to individual mp3s, but those may be subject to removal if the person who owns the copyright contacts the site admins about it. Most of the time though posting a single mp3 is nothing to worry about.

- Racist, Sexist, Inappropriate, or Threatening comments will not be tolerated towards any of our other members, or in general. We're not going to be the thought police, we just ask you to respect everyone on this forum, regardless. Joking is one thing, but if it's not very obvious you are joking and someone files a complaint, it will be looked into and dealt with accordingly.

- Topics about the band's personal lives may be deleted depending on the content, just use your better judgement.

Image Restrictions:

- Images over 500 pixels wide should be resized

- Images that are graphic in nature, nude images, and racist images/cartoons will not be tolerated whatsoever. Anything that is considered NSFW (Not Safe For Work) will be deleted and acted on accordingly. We have members as young as 12 on this forum, just remember that.

eBay Auction Restrictions:

- You may not promote or link to an eBay auction to Arcade Fire tickets, Arcade Fire records/merchandise sold for more than its original retail value, posters of the Arcade Fire priced higher than their original cost, etc.

A 3 strikes policy will be used if any of the 3 main restricted image contents are posted by a user. For inappropriate/threatening/racist/sexist comments, as well as posting copyrighted material, it will be at the moderators' discretion on what action to take.

First = 1 week suspension
Second = 1 month suspension
Third = banned from the forum
